  • This one is located by the food court inside the Luxor. I'm not sure what is going on with all the Starbucks inside the casinos, but their staff do not seem happy at all. Besides the fact that it's really expensive, their bad attitude doesn't really help either. I go to Starbucks practically every morning, especially on my way to work. My regular go to was way to busy and I was running late. So already knowing it was going to be expensive, I decided to make a purchase here anyways. The line to order wasn't too long, just one other person in front. But they only had two employees working at the time, and then there was a moment when there was only one. They were backed up on orders, it took well over 30mins to get a caramel macchiato and a breakfast sammich. Being understaffed in a place of business that is always busy is not a very good idea, you can tell the employees we're overwhelmed. I would have been better off at my regular one, since I ended up being late anyways.
