  • I was not impressed with the service I received from A1 Chesney. They were the only company I could find that serviced my brand of furnace and carried parts. I called a Thursday afternoon and it took hours for the serviceman to come out. He apologized and stated he had not received the call so was sitting and having coffee but also emphasized that it was really not his fault it took him so long. He the parts office was closed so we had to find somewhere else to stay for the night. They were supposed to call first thing the next morning with info about if they had the part and when they could fix it. By 10:00 I called them to follow up because I needed to know if I could bring my toddler home that night. They said they would follow up. By 11:30 I called back again because again my call hadn't been returned. They ended up finding the part but didn't show up until 4:00 to replace it so we had to borrow space heaters in order to bring our daughter home. (It was 2 degrees inside our house). For the $1000 it cost I would have expected better service.
