  • I've been coming here for years. Overall they do a great job. I hate that I usually have to wait a while but it's only because they are so busy. Lila is by far my favorite threader here. From now on, if I show up and it's her day off I will come back for her when she's there. She's very thorough and makes sure to get every little hair. She also listens so what you want done and sticks to it. Today I had Ila and unfortunately , she didn't listen to me and made my eyebrows uneven after I was very specific about how I wanted the length to be left alone. So now I have one eye brow that's missing a quarter of an inch near my nose. It'll take time to grow back so I'm really disappointed about that. Also, she left lots of little hairs on my lower lip that I didn't see when I initially checked in the mirror . I actually had to come home and do some serious plucking. I realize I'm not describing a four star experience . Today was more like a two star. But like I said, I've been going there for years and haven't ever had a bad experience with Lila.
