  • I bought one night on groupon. So it was a good deal. We arrived and checked in. The front desk lady wasn't very helpful. She took my credit card and swiped it. We had already paid with groupon(but weren't explained why our card was taken). And later discovered that they put a $75 hold for incidentals. But she didn't tell me why amd what they were doing. So I was unpleasantly surprised. Any way, we went to our room, which was very nice. No complaints here. We visited all of the pools. They were all very crowded (which was fine) but no one cleaned up after themselves and the staff didn't either. There was food everywhere, even in the pool. Plastic sups and straws floating in the pool. Along with food floating in the pool. Needless to say, we only swam about 20 mins until we couldn't handle the mess. And left the pool. All of the pools were like this. Check out is at 11. Which is fine. Except house keeping came banging on our door at 9:00 am. If we aren't expected out until 11am why are they banging on our doors. When we yelled that we were still there. They kept banging. Making us get up (we never get to sleep in) and tell her to please go away. We will not be returning. And I'm thankful we only paid $80 for the room. Bummed our anniversary weekend wasn't what we'd hoped it would be.
