  • I went to another location before coming to this one because the other was too noisy, too crowded, and they didn't have the tea I wanted. This location didn't have the boxed-tea I was looking for either, but they did offer to bag some packages for me. Just the fact that they offered really shows their SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also - and I know this probably doesn't sound significant, but still - I sneezed and one of the workers said "bless you" (and yes, I covered). I think this just goes to show how courteous they are here. Their customer service is outstanding, the location is clean and organized, the wait time for your order is short (and they actually get your order right), and the atmosphere is pleasantly welcoming but quiet enough to get some work done. Hands down one of my best Starbucks experiences.
