  • I am very happy with the service Willowdale Animal Hospital has to offer, I have brought my cat here once before when he had just a tiny problem and I couldn't wait until normal business hours because I am so impatient and when I know something just isn't right, especially for my baby I have to get it fixed! I recently had him boarded at Parker's Pets which did a wonderful job but since Mr.Gilmour has been recently diagnosed with diabetics they will no longer take him there. They do not do injections, so I called Willowdale and they only do boarding for previous clinics and I luckily have taken Gilmour here before. He stayed for 5 days, and they only charge for how many nights he stayed over so I was billed for 4 days. The convenience about this clinic is that they are open 24 hours so I was able to pick him up on my way home after midnight and didn't need a special trip to come get him in the morning. When I came to pick him up they knew exactly who he was and said they adored him so much and would miss him. Apparently he was the only good kitty that weekend! It felt great knowing that Gilmour was looked after and giving lots of attention as well as giving his insulin as he needs it twice a day! I cant wait to bring him back, I am really thinking about getting his file transferred here and dealing with his recently diagnosed diabetes at Willowdale, as I loved how they show care for my cat! :)
