As a last minute plan my girlfriend and I decided to check out Vic's restaurant on Saturday night. Thoroughly enjoyed the Caramel Apple pork Chop. It was placed over a bed of stuffing and topped with a caramel roasted apple and a whiskey butter sauce. Melted in my mouth. Kevin, our server, was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. Armed with a couple of glasses of wine and the Las Vegas valley night as a back drop it could not have been more romantic. The food, service and view were all amazing. kudos to Vic for creating such a great ambiance. Can't wait to return with friends and try the other mouth watering dishes.
