| - We went to this salon based on reviews we had read. When we walked in, it seemed like a nice place. Our wait was not that long which was nice. The experience of the pedicure I received was sub par at best. It was rushed, and the leg massage consisted of the girl running her hands up and down my legs, but with no real pressure or actual massage given. When we left, my friend and I both paid with a card. Mine went through okay, but in the middle of the transaction, one of the owners (I'm assuming) knocked a wire loose and the card reader went off line. They managed to fix it, then proceeded to tell my friend they'd have to run her card again, because they did not show her charge going through. She pulled up her banking app and it was on there plain as day, with the money already being taken out. The proceeded to argue with her. Rather than continuing to argue, she let them run her card again because they insisted the first charge wouldn't go through. She ended up having to call the bank and dispute her charge because it ended up thief twice. Then later that evening I noticed that the paint on one of my toes was not great-you can see my nail underneath as she missed several spots. I didn't like the way the father spoke to his daughter when she teased him about knocking out the cord, and I didn't like the way my friends was treated. We will not be back, nor will I be recommending this place to my co-workers (we work down the street).
