  • Well I have been lied to from Century Link staff. They said they could do it over the internet so he set up an appointment while I was out of town. Tried calling Century link three times as they hung up on me twice. Finally go thru, but the department I need to talk to is closed. When they set up my phone service they forgot to add Voicemail Basic. So now I have to wait another day. Long process, but they are better than cox. Should have NOT gotten a land line!
