  • Wow. As a frequent customer whose ordered food from this restaurant for at least 2 years, I've watched this Chipotle deteriorate into its current state. I had bregudgingly bought food from this chipotle solely because of its close proximity to my house. But after this recent experience, I've had enough. The server was someone clearly incapable of making food. He barely put any food in the bowl, leaving almost half of it empty. He didn't even close the top correctly, causing his coworker to almost spill the entire bowl and completely crumple the aluminum top. Yes, there will occastionally be new or inexperienced workers. And I understand that. But I won't accept it when the worker's overseer/manager sees the food in its pitiful, messy shape and has the audacity to look me in the eye and feed me that sloppy mess. An absolute disappointment. What a shame.
