  • This review is for the Service department. Appointment availability - Usually it is easy to get an appointment (which you can make either on the phone or on the internet). Location - Their new showroom/service center is a little more conveniently located on W Liberty Ave, as compared to their previous one (also on the same street), mainly because the new one is not at a traffic intersection and it has a more organized way of parking and dropping off your car. Service Advisors - I have been introduced to 2 guys and most of the times, I have worked with Frank, who is knowledgeable and accommodating. They get as polite as you can expect car service reps to be. Price - They are a little more expensive for some major services (40K, 80K etc.) but they do have a lot of promotions and coupons which you can snag off their website. Also, they always drop off some coupons in the car after you have your car serviced from them (for your next appointment). I always make it a point to call and ask their prices and compare with the other dealership in Canonsburg if I have to make a trip to VW. I once had a coupon, which they did not honor because they had already discounted the price of some other work I was getting done. Wish they had told me before rather than after the work was completed (I just like full disclosure). Waiting Area - While I did not use the waiting area in the new location, it feels a little more sophisticated than the previous one with better couches and chairs, and they offer complimentary tea/coffee while you wait. Overall this is a good place to get your car serviced if you have to take it to VW. I would still recommend comparing prices if you have the time.
