  • I would like to give a high rating, customer service was good. We wanted a mini do I, we gave our name/number to Cyann. Next day she called to let me know they had just gotten two, male and female. I went down there and feel in love with the female. I bought her straight away. Cyann was very helpful and after a hour of paperwork and throughly going over pet care, insurance and other helpful hints on taking care of my new dog, I went home to enjoy my additional family member. Now here's where the rating comes in. After taking my dog to the vet two days after purchasing I was told me dig has kennel cough, her hernia was not properly taken care of AND she has a parasitic! I was told I could return her. Of course I'm not going to return her, I love her! Cyann stated that the owner had visited all the breeders and they were exceptional which made me trust purchasing from a store. I was given paperwork to get reimbursed for the vet cost. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
