  • I'll have to agree with other yelpers, this place is understocked and the customer service is terrible. I went in to buy a window shade, in a shelf of about 6 different ones there was one in stock and it was too big, like for a truck. I asked if there was more and the sales person told me to check the front by the cashier, there was none. While I wondered aimlessly through the store I came across what seemed like a storewide ass chewing of employees. What looked like a manager or at least I thought he was by the condescending tone of voice, was telling about 4 employees that they will be fired if he caught them walking past an item that was out of place and they didn't relocate to its correct shelf. I have no experience in human resources but shouldn't I meeting like this be held in an office away from the store floor, where customers don't have to bare witness to such cruel words? Or better yet, should a meeting like this not take place at all? I'm sure there's a better way to approach and word this kind of concern towards employees.
