  • I visited this place for permanent hair straightening and it was a complete disaster. After sitting in the chair going through the process for 3 hours and taking utmost care for 3 days, all it needed was a single hair wash to get my hair texture back to square one. It was a total waste of 350$. When I went back, all they had to say was "it is a potential failure and we will repeat the procedure and cannot guarantee the results"!!! It has made my hair dry and I still have to blow dry and flat iron my hair!! If you are looking for hair texture treatment or permanent hair straightening, I would not at all recommend this place. Money down the drain!!!
