We have been using Centennial Hills Animal Hospital for several years and over the past year the service here has severely declined. The wait times are longer and longer, despite there being no other patients and the doctors regularly contradict each other and routinely "pad" the bill without discussing the items they are charging for. For example, we had one doctor on several occasions insist that one of our dogs could have cancer but her colleague then correctly diagnosed her with an infected anal gland and cleared it up with a simple antibiotic. Today we dropped off our 3 dogs for dental cleaning and the "drop off" took us almost an hour with only one other patient there. The dental special is a flat rate but after the doctor took our first dog suddenly the bill was substantially more then we expected. It turned out that he had added several items that he had not discussed with us. After this final experience we will be looking for another veterinarian to look after our dogs.
