  • Stayed 4 nights in a room suitable for two. By far the worst room experience of a Westin I've experienced traveling America. Positives: Iron Ironing board Mini Fridge Outlets near bed Starbucks in lobby Negatives: No bottles of water in the room (not even for purchase) Mini bar menu listed food and drink options with pricing though no food or drink existed in the room Shower design left water on the bathroom floor in two places Two packets of just regular coffee (no decaf) No wash cloths Door lock battery to room died requiring two trips to the front desk trying two new keys then a building maintenance engineer to replace batteries No pen
