  • So bad. Just so, so, so bad...... unless you hate your stuff and like totally incompetent people wandering around your house. If you get a choice choose NO!! If TMO tries to assign them to you REFUSE!!! This pre-inspection was fine and the lady was nice, however apparently she told the workers that we only had half the stuff to move that there was. Day of move: They were supposed to be at the house @ 8am, showed up at almost 11am. They were told half the amount of stuff, so they weren't prepared w/ packing supplies. I had to go to work, but my husband said he spent the whole day chasing them around telling them not to forget all the stuff we put in plain sight. They kept trying to leave things asking if we were sure we wanted it. It took almost 6hrs for them to pack our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and some leftover hand tools from the garage. THEY ALSO REFUSED TO CRATE AND SEAL IN FRONT OF US. When I got home that night I immediately saw all kinds of forgotten items, so we had to call them back to finish what they forgot. Day two: We told them please bring 3-4 boxes for the forgotten stuff, they said they would be right there.....3 hours later two guys show up WITH NOTHING! They look at all the things we piled up (so they wouldn't have to try to hard) and said, "Oh. We didn't know we had to pack stuff." WHAT?!? They tried to take all the stuff to their warehouse and box & sticker it there...without us. Nope! I told them to leave and come back, but they refused. They asked us to provide them with packing supplies, when I said we didn't have any they took our spare boxes that had trash and dumped the trash on the floor. They they dug through the trash for the scrap rolls of tape. I was totally dumbstruck at what was happening. We thought it was over there but they somehow screwed up even more and our kitchen, bathroom and couple garage things were weighed in as THOUSANDS of pounds. Dishes, cookware, and odds and ends...no furniture, no appliances (the only kitchen appliance they packed was the coffee maker!). So now we are being charged an arm & leg until we can fight it and have everything reweighed, but unfortunately it is already on a boat in the middle of the ocean. I can't even wait to see what is broken, missing, etc *insert sarcasm* **For military: that was our Unaccompanied Baggage, and the weight was so jacked up they changed the shipment to Household Goods
