  • Since the management has changed a while back this location is always trying to up sell with unnecessary repairs and parts. Their pricing for parts is close to double that of a parts store or dealership. When I got my oil changed I got home a few hours later I went to leave and noticed oil on the ground in my garage. Got under my truck and the bolt connected to the oil pan wasn't completely tightened. Recently I got my brakes done and wasn't contacted about repair costs. They did the repairs without my approval on price and called me when it was done with the total. I left and noticed a lot of vibration in my steering wheel. Got home checked and found that one of the wheels lug nuts was not completely tightened. Needless to say I will not come back to this location and will not recommend them to anyone who listens.
