  • I was referred to Simply Cardio about 9 months ago by a friend. I'd never been a gym person; I wasn't terribly out of shape, but certainly not 'in shape'; and gyms in general always seemed a little too intimidating or just 'too much'. From the moment I met Mike Jodscheidt (MJ), I knew I was in good hands...but I had no idea the positive impact he would have on my life. Put 'Simply'...this is a gym like no other. You're guided the entire way through; Mike and his fellow trainers 'listen' to what you want/need. They are experts, in the true sense. MJ knows the human body; he knows fitness; he knows nutrition, and he also recognizes what's required to make you your best. That sounds like marketing right there...and it may be...but damn if it isn't true! Within 3 months of MJ's training, guidance and inspiration, I dropped 32lbs, gained 12 pounds of lean muscle, dropped almost 10% bodyfat and have never felt better in my entire life. It's not a gym, it's not merely a program/HIIT circuit...it's a way of life; and MJ's knowledge, demeanor, awesome smile & attitude will give you the confidence you need to achieve whatever you want. If you're curious, if you're ready to take the step towards a better, healthier body...Simply Cardio is the way to go. I'm forever grateful to MJ & the team!!
