  • Bought a car from CarMax a year ago and I've already had to put over a $1000 into that car replace all four tires over $600 new battery $189 replace the brakes 535.00 while car is still under warranty within the first year. Not sure if this is typical when buying a used car but they missed some other pretty basic/simple fixes that I caught in the beginning other than the above. Don't what kind of inspection they do before putting used cars on the lot. I feel they missed a lot on this car.
