  • Very poor customer service. We tried to rent an apartment (beautiful property). But due to egregious errors in paperwork and inability to get the lease conditions straight (time of move in, agreed upon unit, delayed responses) I lost my confidence and withdrew my application. The property held my hold money (the apt will not be rented until April) ...so it was not like they lost any time...(I applied in January, withdrew 2 weeks later). They cited an unstated 72 hour window to get my "hold" money back..which I was never told and which was not applicable due to the fact that it took at least 13 days to get the numbers and pre move in paperwork to us. In addition application fees were paid. Total loss? $200.00. I find them to be terribly dishonest. I would consider not renting here.
