  • I rented a wallpaper steamer to remove some old paper. It took an hour to start making steam and then it was weak. I got the project done in about 5 hours. I rented for the whole day with the understanding that I could get a refund if I brought it back early. When I arrived at the store and told them about the problem, the man working the counter said "yeah, they do that". If "they" do that, then Home Depot should remove the directions on the machine that claim steam will be made in 5 minutes. Goodbye Home Depot, hello Lowes.
