  • I don't find many of these low rating accurate in the slightest bit. I live here currently and I began to do some digging on why service orders were getting backed up for a short period of time and and came to find out that it is because they were short staffed by one service tech for well over a month because the previous service tech got injured. Totally understand and there was complete transparency. I moved here from California and I paid 1600 a month for 600sq feet no pool one uncovered parking spot not ac and so many layers of paint on the wall it looked like if there was mold they painted over it. The new management (danielle) and the staff have been very helpful and very transparent. The person about the pool down a little bit. I see people drinking in the pool and spilling their drink. The pool turns green due to spilt drinks in the pool and a few other factors. They clean the pool and the grill area almost every day and I actually see them doing it. They have sent out many emails about no drinking while in the pool unless it is water obviously. People disregard it and because of that they suffer to a discolored pool and then the apartment complex has to spend more money to fix the pool. Trust me they maintain it every day I watch them do it because if they did not maintain often then they would spend more money on it. Now what business would want to spend more money to make things worse? Not a good business plan. There is always a emergency hot line 24 hrs a day and they will be out if your AC or something pressing can not wait. In my eyes that is awesome. It would be like a month in California if you were not paying over 2000 for a one bedroom. These place are really really nice and anyone says different I'm sorry you feel that way I suggest you go live anywhere else because people who don't care about where they live won't respect it. Just think when you walk by a thing of trash that may have been blown into the community do you pick it up or do you leave it and just say gross. Anyways that is my rant I suggest you see the property and have your own judgement. I love living here.
