  • Don't know if bad customer service or no customer service is worse? Stopped at this store twice last fall looking for a new 75" TV. Both times all they were interested in showing me were the absolute top end TVs. Once they found out that wasn't what I wanted, they had no more interest. Tonight I went in, wandered around for about 20 minutes. Couldn't find what wanted and couldn't find anyone to help me!
