  • I came here for the pool next door and since it was closed for another hour, I decided to check out the community center. The fitness center (inside the community center) is dirt cheap in comparison to the neighboring gyms and I think offers superior service to them. At a nearby gym, I had been a member for a couple of months and spent twice the yearly rate of the community center! Also the community center has a NORMAL BENCH PRESS and not one that is fixed to a machine. The place was clean, not overcrowded and the staff was friendly. There's also no annoying ads for well marketed protein powder or ads anywhere. Honestly if you need protein go drink some milk or eat chicken or broccoli.
