  • I LOVE Lexus of Las Vegas! I recently brought my 2009 IS250 in for a recall repair and was given a 2015 IS250 as a loaner. I loved the newer model so much that the next day my husband actually made arrangements for me to get a new Lexus (lucky me). We worked with Matt Pfizenmayer who was the perfect person to deal with. To say Matt was awesome is an understatement. Lexus vehicles sell themselves (my hubby drives one too - we're loyal), but when you have someone like Matt helping you find EXACTLY what you want at a price you're comfortable with, all with a no hard-sell approach, car buying is actually a super-positive experience. Matt gave me an extremely fair trade-in price on my '09 and matched a CarMax appraisal which saved me from having to go there to sell the car first. Easy peasy. You won't be disappointed if you go see Matt - great personality, makes a point to get you what you want and follows up with you to make sure you're happy. Charlie in Finance rocks too!
