Unlike other bubble tea shops, each tea is individually brewed on the spot so that it doesn't sit for hours. Watch next time after you order! They brew the tea only after you've ordered, so if you wait a few extra minutes for the drink at this place compared to other places now you know why! They're known for the "cheese" crowns. Don't let the name deter you. Gonna try! Don't stir it and don't use a straw. Just drink straight from the cup. Be proud of your temporary milk stash. If you stir, it won't taste right. Friends had the Matcha and fruit teas were also pretty good.
