  • Stopped in and ordered to go for dinner. Ordered a salad, a dozen wings, and chicken parm. Waited an hour. When I complained the server dropped my order in the trash and said if you don't want it leave. I left. (Edit 3/16) To his credit, the majority owner, Mike, just called me personally and apologized and offered to make things right. I think this was a case of an employee who had a bad day and reacted emotionally to an upset customer. Mike was very helpful and I'll give them another chance. I really do prefer their wings, so I hope my next experience will be awesome. Will revise star rating after my next visit.
