  • I went here last week as a sort of "emergency" because I needed a touch up on my manicure for an event. I had an appointment but had to wait almost a half hour because a bridal party had come in before me. Then the man doing my manicure prepares to use a dremel tool to take off my gel polish. I was hesitant and he said it would not hurt my nails; that it would only take off the top layer. I specifically went here because when I called, I asked how they take off gel polish and they told me they soak the nail. Had I known he would be using this tool, I would never have gone there. It's now been one week and four of my nails have broken off and are the nail is super brittle. The polish is chipping off my other nails and look terrible. In the past when I had the gel put on my nails were strong and the polish lasted over a month. I think using the industrial tool on my nails did affect them. I also was surprised that there was a price if you were paying cash and a higher price if you were paying by credit card. I will not go back here. I will make sure I plan ahead and get into where I normally get them done. Very disappointed and learned my lesson.
