  • I found Take Over Lease when I was given an offer to relocate for a job within a month. Cramming an entire moving process (cross country) into a few weeks was extremely stressful, but Paul was able to find me (TWO) prospective tenants interested in signing in under a week from approaching him, even though I was in a studio apartment. Although I ended up finding someone on my own through friends of friends, I did want to add my testimony here because Paul and his team really did to a phenomenal job and helped me ensure I could make my move on time and on budget. The months of rent I'm saving are completely worth the fee in my opinion. If I ever need to transfer my lease again on short notice, Paul will be my first call.
