| - My coworkers and me chose this place for breakfast 3 morning while we were in town for work. At first it seems like a nice place with a good vibe.
FOOD: Decent, nothing out of the ordinary. Good breakfast, fresh, nothing fancy or authentic. Deserves 3.5 stars.
STAFF: mixed feelings. Waiters were all nice and fast. But I truly hope management is reading this about the greeting staff: the girls at checkin are rude and very inconsistent. Day 1: First of all they told us 20 minutes, we said that's too long for us, so she said "ok first available I could seat you know"....ok what did she think we want? 2nd or 3rd available?
Day2: 20 minute wait (first available lol), we waited 40, complained and got a very rude reply, a very dishonest apology, no smile, telling us about their policies.
Day3: 30 minute wait, ok, we wait 45, ask what's going on, again rude reply, no apology. She said 15 more minutes, 1 minute later we got seated.
I do get its hard to manage the flow in a restaurant accurate. A bit more friendliness would go a very very long way.
I'd rate this place a bit higher, not much wrong with it, but who wants to start his morning like this? Fails the purpose. A smile and a sincere apology would've been nice.
