  • When you pull into a new auto shop you begin to sweat, wonder what type of roller coaster ride you will be in for and what stories will I hear soon. after my service engine light came on Friday night and deciding not to take it to team ford because after all they kill you with the labor and they always seem to find ten other things wrong besides the one you brought the truck in for to begin with and there is always an up sell. Well not here I was happy to find out that my family in AZ uses no one but sun devil auto who owns the sun auto as well. Nothing but good things to say about them so I took a chance and glad I did. I am especially happy to find out they are also the provider for the carmax extended warranty which is a bonus. Mike called gave me the run down no BS no pressure and explained it all to me. They had my truck back to its old self within a few hours and even showed me the old parts. I have never just had anyone in any other service place show me the parts without asking. I am sold and have placed their business on my employers internal employee bulletin board so people know who to call if they have a problem. Excellent business with excellent people and they know what customer service means you can't have a business without customers. Thank you Sun Auto!!!
