  • The WORST! These people are lying snakes. We found a used truck on their website and spoke with Taylor, Andrew, and even the general manager Tim Mort, all of whom confirmed the truck was available. We set an appt to drive two hours to see it the following Saturday. We received several calls on Saturday morning asking if we were definitely coming, and that "we will have the truck ready for you." When we arrived 15 min before scheduled, we were told that the truck was sold "an hour ago." The level of dishonesty is staggering and goes right to the top. When we demanded to see a manager, we were met by George, who apologized and tried to talk us into a brand new truck. We don't believe the truck was ever available and was a bullshit advertisement to lure people in. When we told him this appeared to be a bait and switch, he got angry. This dealership is despicable. I will be reporting them to the BBB and the local media.
