Updating my previous review. After posting it head of business reached out within a few hours. His partner, Joan, was really very sweet and helpful in managing the situation: taking control, making a list, and following up on every item. They refunded the unfair charges for the re-key and locksmith and also gave me a new property manager (yay!). Only reason it's not 5 stars is nearly every time someone reaches out they call me by the wrong name. I know it's not a huge deal, but knowing and spelling your customers name right is step one in customer service.
