Hands down some of the most incredible customer service I've ever seen/given/performed and I personally have worked for Forbes and UNDERSTAND when Im genuinely being served. BOTH Gabriel Cunha (Sale Manager) and Zack Prekop (Sale Consultant) exude and ooze great customer service, almost effortlessly. Together they made what seemed like the beginning of a long day WAYYY more enjoyable and not as painstaking to go through. IVE never seen my family be in such a euphoric state while buying a car. This one was very smooth and we own about 5 vehicles altogether. Personally I have vowed to make this location my vehicle buying location and will make sure to inform family and friends. Between test driving the new 2018 Stinger and then getting to know my car salesmen a little more personally, today couldn't have went any better. I'm glad Zach was there to provide the incredible information and help he did. My sister is now the owner to a 2018 Kia Soul *beautiful car* and I will personally be returning for a (Optima or Stinger) myself in the near future.
A great learning curve to have; Gabriel and Zach there helped things feel better. Thanks Gabe for such insight as to help cure myself (recently diagnosed with Rheumatoid disease).
