  • Not as big as the one in NYC but mostly, the reason why I'm giving this place a one star is because of their cashier Gina. My fiancé and I decided to come here to kill some time. There was a wax figure right outside close to the entrance that looked real, my fiancé didn't believe it was actually a wax figure so he asked her if she was real and she was so nasty and rude...then she had the audacity to complain to her coworker about how stupid my fiancé's question was and how annoyed she was by the question. We should have walked out right then and there. That's not how you treat customers. And you definitely DO NOT talk about customers in front of them! If you don't want to work with people, or answer "stupid" questions and you easily become annoyed, then clearly this is not the job for you.
