  • BEWARE-we had our standard poodle groomed here for years by Allie, Star and Kara?? Regan sold the business recently. We took in the poodle for grooming and were told by the new owner that Theresa returned and was the best with a standard poodle. They had Katrina do the grooming instead even though Theresa was there. She does not speak english very well. We told them to leave his ear fringe long since it has been growing for 5 years and were beautiful. They cut 6" of fringe off the ears.The legs were to be scissored trimmed. They totally stripped, hacked and butchered the coat on the entire dog. He had a big topknot and it is so short that he looks like a pup, there is almost no hair on the saddle and They never told us they would remove 70% of the ear fringe and strip the coat. AVOID if you know what is good for you and your pet. I would give a minus 10 if it was a choice. There is a communication issue.
