  • We left our kid's car seats in the third row of a minivan we rented from them and never got them back. I tried many times to call but could never get a live person on the phone! I tweeted to Enterprise and got a response via Twitter, but they could only say the location would contact me IF they found the car seats. Never heard from them. I'm sorry but car seats aren't the kind of thing that slips in between the cracks never to be found again. They obviously have them but didn't want to return them to us. Very poor. Also, note that the brand new minivans they rent have no place to charge a mobile phone.
