  • This company seems to be going down hill. We used them in the past spending a bit of money on security doors and security screens. Decided to put in another gate. Called and made an appointment with Angel a week in advance. Appointment day came and scheduled time came and went with no Angel. Waited a half hour after appointment time, called Angel and found out he just blew us off because supposedly someone didn't show up at the office and he had to be there. No calls to us to let us know. Then he said he would come another day and rescheduled an appointment time. Appointment day came and lo and behold we get a call from the office that he was not coming after all. Angel didn't have the guts to call us either time to let us know he had problems. We told the office since they blew us off twice we did not want to do business with them again. We have found another company who actually wants to stay in business by providing great customer service. We do NOT recommend this company for anything. The rating is actually minus stars, but they don't let you do that here.
