rev:text	Just a word to the wise - STAY AWAY! - These folks took my deposit of $500.00 I had just seen a property indicating I was interested but had to wait due to a possibility I may need to relocate out of town and wasn't sure about signing a lease right now. Russell from "Haven Homes" indicated he could not hold the property and if my situation changed within 24 hours they would return my deposit with no issue. I called them the very next morning to indicate I would need my deposit back as I received confirmation I would have to move out of state. They told me they were keeping the deposit because the MLS listing was removed and had to be re-posted. I had a friend look into that and the listing was never removed they are just a bunch of greedy low life's! DO NOT LEASE FROM THESE PEOPLE - I dealt with Russell Kloh very young and self absorbed... Not to mention the lease was about 26 pages long indicating a line item for just about every detail they could charge you for.
