| - This is our go-to ramen place. It's always pretty packed but the wait is worth it. The food is consistent so we always know we're in for a good meal.
Today we ordered -
Tonkotsu Ramen (miso) - the broth is pork based. The flavors are well developed and ridiculously delicious. This one comes with the thicker noodles, which I prefer, chashu, egg, and corn. I always order this or the spicy miso.
Original ramen - this one has a chicken based broth and you can taste the difference. It's a little lighter than the pork based broth but just as flavorful. This one comes with the thinner noodles, chashu, egg, and bean sprouts. My kiddo always orders this one.
Honey-Garlic chicken - oh man, this is a must order. We get it every time. It's the karaage chicken coated in a sweet and savory sauce then drizzled with some kind of mayo-looking sauce and topped with sesame seeds. It's crispy on the outside and always juicy on the inside.
Chashu bowl - this was our first time ordering a bowl. It comes with shredded pork that has a slightly sweet sauce on it, strips of scramby eggs, pickled ginger, green onions, and seaweed all over white rice. The pork was really good and everything mixed together made for a perfect bite.
The service is always great here. Staff is friendly and helpful. They always offer my kiddo the chopstick trainers, which is a thoughtful touch. Food comes out fast and is always fresh and piping hot. I know there are tons of ramen places in town but this one is, hands down, my favorite.
