  • Went to pick me up at wrong address, driver wouldn't answer the phone and charged me anyway. Contacted uber and was told they charge me anyway. Want to help the regular guy but I'm going back to taxis or rentals. Less aggravating and more reliable and don't have to worry about them stealing from me
