  • As luck would have it, my new car required a new windshield. Given my insurer works closely with Safelite, I decided to take the car there instead of going to another glass replacement shop in the area. Although the windshield replacement took a lot longer than I had anticipated and was told, I found the professionalism of every employee I encountered to be of the highest quality I could have ever imagined. Seriously. These guys really love what they do and want you to be satisfied. By the time I left, I stopped caring about how long I had been there and how much money I wasted, but rather how nice the glass looked and how professional the employees are to their customers. Kudos to Carl for doing a good job.
