  • Just checked in. Not a good start. Heather at front desk went out of her way to be rude to me. She gave me documents to sign. I said actually this isnt the surgery I am having. She was so mean. She then got on the phone telling someone about conversation while laughing. May have to cancel hystetectomy if this is how the office treats people. Bad bad bad
