  • I've lived at Perimeter Lofts for about a year now and I've loved it! This was my first apartment after graduating school so I was extremely careful about the decision I made. Some of the reviews mentioned noise, messiness in the halls, and a questionable staff but I have not experienced any of those issues! From the moment I moved in, Perimeter lofts felt like home. My apartment: The apartment itself has been great. I opted for a phase II one-bedroom with a sunroom and the amount of space was perfect! I'm really organized so I appreciated all of the closets the unit had to offer and the amount of kitchen space and cabinets. I rarely hear the neighbors next to me and I occasionally hear the people walking above me but I'm convinced they're just loud walkers. Anytime I've had an issue with the apartment maintenance has come out in less than 24 hours. I had an instance over the summer where I came home one night and my AC was not working, by the time I got home the next afternoon everything was fixed. The amenities: I love all the amenities the complex has to offer! It definitely keeps up with the competition in the area. I stay on the phase II side and I've never had an issue with any of the amenities not being readily available. I do wish the starbucks machine was accessible a little earlier in the morning because I could never grab coffee before work but it is not a big deal to me. The pool and cabana area was my absolute favorite during the summer time! It becomes such a lively area and all of the other residents are really friendly so it's nice to go out there and meet people on a hot summer day. Parking: This is one of the first places I've lived where parking has actually not been an issue. Regardless of the time I get home I'm usually able to find a spot close to unit. I can count on one hand how many times I've had to park far in the past year that I've been here. Guest parking hasn't been much of an issue for me either, it's just important that guest know to park in the visitor spots so they don't get towed! The staff: The staff has been nothing short of exceptional! Everyone is so responsive and very friendly. Most know me by my name which I think is a nice touch. Whenever packages are delivered to the office I'm notified almost immediately and they even stay open later once a week for those who get home late. Like I mentioned earlier maintenance is always great too. Overall I've really enjoyed living at Perimeter Lofts. I think the price is right on point for the amount of amenities, space, and the amazing location that it is in! The only reason I decided to move from Perimeter Lofts was because of a new job opportunity I received but had it not been for that, I would've extended without a doubt. I hope this review helps all of the inquiring prospective tenants!
