This was hands-down my WORST bridal experience ever. My first visit with them was like every bride imagines shopping for a dress. They were excited for me, friendly and made me feel like the most important person in their shop. They ordered my dress at a much lower price than any other shop offered and had tons of dresses in their shop for my bridesmaids to look at.
Once I put down my deposit for my dress everything changed. They were rude to me when I called to schedule an appointment for 5 of my bridesmaids to come in and look at dresses to order from them and when I said I was disappointed in the service I was receiving as one of their brides they simply asked if I wanted to cancel my appointment and go elsewhere. Let me tell you, I should have because it only got worse from there. But I complained to the owner and she swore she had never had a complaint about their girls before and apologized profusely.
Every time I went in with my girls, I had 10 so I was there a lot, they were never very nice and the last few times completely unhelpful, to the point that I was pulling the dresses for my girls to try on. I gave specific instructions to the shop about how I wanted the dresses to look but when the dresses came in, one was black instead of pink. Instead of taking responsibility and offering to fix it. They said I ordered it wrong so it wasn't their problem. After weeks of arguing with them they finally exchanged the dress and ordered it in the right color. Almost ALL of my dresses were 2 sizes too big. They have their own seamstress in house so I am certain it was to get more money from my girls on the alterations side.
Then, when my dress came in I noticed my cap sleeves were missing. They again told me that I was to blame and I ordered it wrong because the dress came in two styles and I ordered the style without sleeves. The dress is NEVER pictured without sleeves so I would have had no idea that was even an option. When I told them I wanted the sleeves and to rush order it they said they would see what they could do but because i had ordered it wrong they may not be able to order just the sleeves and even if they can they may not get in until after my wedding, which is why I should have ordered them with the dress.
The sleeves did wind up coming in on time, but the shop never took responsibility for any of their mistakes or poor customer service. I was just told I was being unreasonable and rude, then they had the nerve to ask if I was going to order my guy's tuxes through them.
Stay far away from this place for your wedding apparel needs. They were an absolute nightmare and I am making sure every bride I know knows what a terrible business they run.
