I ignorantly tried to subscribe to this paper by phone. Called their general number, the first option was for new subscribers so I chose it. The recording then said "please enter your telephone number which I thought was odd. It then asked for my house number....? It then said we cannot find your subscription. Can you believe it? So I then pushed through to other choices and finally got a human. She said maybe she could help me with a new subscription, but then couldn't answer even the most simple questions. I finally just hung up.
After reading all of these negative Yelp reviews, I now get it. They are complete idiots and it must run all the way up to senior management. Forget them, I will continue to get our news elsewhere. Hope you guys go out of business.....you deserve it.
