  • This is hands down the best barbecue I've found in Phoenix. I've lived in South Carolina, Memphis, and Texas so I like to think I know a little bit about what makes good barbecue. Their brisket is very good and has a nice smoke ring. A little over peppered that last time I was there. The biggest surprise was their take on pulled pork. It was actually quite good. It had a bit of jalapeño mixed in with the sauce that really worked well.
