  • The positives: Medical Staff we friendly, the building was clean, and the physicians were thoughtful and didn't make you feel rushed. The Negatives: Over crowded waiting room, 45 minute delay from appt time to being roomed. Lots of office staff texting, laughing and playing games in the computer instead of aiding with through put. If I am 45 minutes late, my appt would be cancelled, however if the medical staff make you wait 45 minutes ..that's somehow acceptable? I consider it a complete disrespect of my time.
