  • Worst storage place in the valley! Auto pay never works so the payment wasn't taken out of my account, have received phone calls from them sales, emails from them but no communication that the payment wasn't taken and then locked out of my own unit that day, customer service dodged phone calls, bunch of cowards. Then when auto pay does work your rates are triple what they should be. Closed my unit and moved everything down the street, DO NOT RENT FROM EXTRA SPACE!!
